Opportunities this Fall

It is almost time to bust out the pumpkin spice lattes and the sweaters and let that crisp autumn air roll in through the open windows. (Well, not really.)

If you have ever wondered where you might fit on a ministry team at DSBC, this fall is a great time to find out, and there are some wonderful opportunities to use your gifts to bless and serve others.

Care Ministry Expo

Join us on select Sundays in September, after each service, to learn more about the ministries that support, encourage, and serve our church and community. Ministry booths will be set up in the Worship Center, giving you the chance to meet leaders, ask questions, and discover ways to get involved. Some ministries offer practical ways to serve others. Stop by after the 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. service. Learn more here.

Community Group Leaders and Hosts

Community groups are a great way to connect with others and to practice the way of Jesus together. Over the last year we have launched new groups, and almost all of them are full! We are praying that God will raise up new leaders and hosts for the season ahead. Perhaps that is you. If you would like to explore it, start here. (No experience required!)

Security Team

Our new security team is growing and there are a variety of ways to get involved. I am grateful for the men and women who are stepping forward to help create a safe and welcoming environment for our church family and our broader community.
